4. Assessment Data and Partner Invitations

• When you create an assessment and invite a partner, you represent that you have a genuine relationship with that person and their consent to participate.
• Assessment results, including rankings and TDS scores, are shared between both partners in an assessment. By participating, you consent to your partner viewing your submitted rankings.
• Shared results links allow anyone with the link to view the assessment results. You are responsible for how you share these links.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site, the Service, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick Brancato and Prioritize Us are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Service.
